Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services provided by AZ Labs (Pty) Ltd ("AZ Labs," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

AZ Labs provides artificial intelligence consulting, development, and implementation services including but not limited to AI voice agents, chatbots, workflow automation, AI integration, generative AI solutions, strategy advisory, and web development. All services are subject to separate service agreements that may contain additional terms.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, AZ Labs retains intellectual property rights to all proprietary tools, frameworks, and methodologies used in service delivery. Custom work products created specifically for clients are assigned to the client upon full payment, as detailed in individual service agreements.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. Standard terms require a deposit before work begins, with remaining balances due upon milestone completion. All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) unless otherwise specified.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AZ Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from the use of our services.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
